Graduate of the Faculty of Graphic Art of the Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków (branch in Katowice), she obtained her diploma in 1990 and was a grantee of the Ministry of Culture and Art in 1990-1991. She started working at the Academy of Fine Arts in Katowice in 2004, obtaining her doctoral degree in 2006, followed by the degree of associate professor (dr hab.) of Fine Arts in 2016. She is currently Head of the Editorial Graphics Studio at the Faculty of Design, and of Book Art Studio at the Faculty of Art. Her activities focus on editorial design, poster design and illustration. She has collaborated with advertising agencies and design studios as a graphic designer, and with cultural and social sciences magazines as an illustrator.
