Students – selection procedure

APPLICATION DEADLINES:
31. May for admission to winter semester,
15. November for admission to summer semester

DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO SEND ELECTRONICALLY:
The following documents should be sent electronically to the International Office to e-mail address: erasmus@asp.katowice.pl
- application form
- learning agreement
- portfolio in PDF
- electronic photo 500 x 625 pixels (300 dpi)
- ID or passport scan copy (current address and date of birth)

DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO PROVIDE UPON ARRIVAL:

• insurance policy /European Health Insurance Card (EHIC)
• a medical certificate proving a student is able to take up studies in the Academy of Fine Arts and Design (in English preferably)

SUGGESTED TIME OF ARRIVAL:
Winter semester: first week of October
Summer semester: third week of February
