Born in Katowice in 1980, she studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Katowice in 1999-2004, obtaining her diploma with distinction at Prof. Jan Szmatloch’s Intaglio Techniques Studio, and completing an additional diploma project at Prof. Jacek Rykała’s Painting Studio. She has been an academic teacher at the school’s Chair of Printmaking (Faculty of Art) since 2006, obtaining her doctoral degree in 2012. She has authored ten solo exhibitions and participated in several dozen print exhibitions and competitions in Poland and abroad, winning numerous grants and distinctions:
Award of the International Print Triennial in Kraków (2009), Award of the Guanlan International Print Biennial, China (2015), Utazu Art Awards, Kagawa, Japan (2016). She received the Decoration of Honor Meritorious for Polish Culture in 2016. Her works are featured in museum and private collections in Poland and abroad.
