Jack Rusher
Jack Rusher is a partner at Applied Science, an innovative software studio based in Berlin. His early career focused on physics and computer science research in US organizations including pioneering work at Bell Labs and a number of successful startups (some of Jack’s code is still embedded across all Apple consumer devices.) Today Jack often focuses on technology mentorship and frequently contributes to Studio NAND’s projects, such as a robot arm exhibit at the new Futurium in Berlin. His lifelong interest and practice in art and design have also led him to the sort of code-driven work on which we will focus throughout this course.
