Born in 1984. Author of the Arch magazine layout – and its artistic manager in 2010-2013 – which received the Award of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage, and was named one of the best graduation projects by the 2+3D quarterly. He received an honourable mention in the Most Beautiful Book of the Year competition for My house is my language – Ireneusz Walczak – Malarstwo 2007–2012. The opinion-making Photoeye blog named his design of the Salix Polaris book one of the most beautiful books of 2014, while Calvert Journal listed it among the 29 most beautiful photobooks from Central and Eastern Europe. Roman Kaczmarczyk received a special award in the Śląska Rzecz 2014 competition for his design of the Plica Polonica book for the Kronika Gallery. Co-designer, together with Robert Konieczny and Piotr Wysocki, of the permanent exhibition space of the Dialogue Centre Upheavals. Author of the Centre’s visual identity and visual information, which won prestigious competitions in 2016: European Prize for Urban Public Space and World Building of the Year 2016. He specialises in designing visual communication systems for public spaces, museum exhibitions, publishing design and identity design.
