Coronavirus: cancelled events and educational activities
To limit the risk of spreading the SARS-CoV-2 virus the Academy suspends all regular classes and cultural and educational activities from 12 March to 27 March. The limitation of the Academy’s activities is not equivalent to its closing; the organizational work will be continued.
Dear All,
In order to limit the risk of spreading the SARS-CoV-2 virus all events organized by the Academy of Fine Arts in Katowice and all events organized on its premises are suspended until further notice.
This includes in partricular:
- jury proceedings and exhibition opening of the Design32 Best Design Diplomas competition,
- screenings at the Rhino cinema,
- classes of the Young Academy,
- classes of the Weekend Academy,
- the preparatory course,
- consultations for candidates.
Thank you for your understanding. Please be reminded that the National Health Fund is operating a special coronavirus infoline at 800 190 590.
Please exercise caution and common sense, wash your hands regularly and properly, and follow the guidelines of the health and sanitary authorities.
