Crumbs from “The Wedding”
Performance directed by Jerzy Stuhr. Open Space at R50 building, free admission. The show will be followed by a meeting with Prof. Jerzy Stuhr, icon of Polish film, one of the most famous Polish actors.
'I have always believed that each student of our Academy should be acquianted with the greatest Polish play: The Wedding by Stanisław Wyspiański. Therefore, I decided that we should make this text our diploma project.
We present to you our attempt to interpret Stanisław Wyspiański’s wedding scenes. Our solutions may be unconventional but they all derive from the text analysis and from our imagination.'
