AFAD Katowice teachers offer consultations on playground designs
In connection with the 9th Civic Budget call for proposals AFAD offers advice on Katowice playground development and revitalization projects. The consultations are offered in the framework of the ‘Design a good playground’ exhibition in Rondo Sztuki Gallery.
AFAD Katowice teachers and designers available for consultations are Bartłomiej Nawrocki and Anna Pohl: on 12 May 14:00-18:00 and on 14 May 11:00-15:00 in Rondo Sztuki Gallery, Rondo im. gen. J. Ziętka 1, Katowice.
Please write to placezabaw@asp.katowice.pl if you are interested, plan to submit a Civic Budget proposal or plan to develop playgrounds in the future, or if you are a designer or architect.
The ‘Design a good playground’ exhibition sums up part of the research project titled “Designing for identity. A comparative study of selected public open spaces with playground elements in Katowice and Ljubljana,” carried out by Bartłomiej Nawrocki, dr hab. Matej Nikšič and dr Anna Pohl at the AFAD Katowice.
