The studio runs obligatory and specialized courses intended to develop students’ competencies in constructing complex visual messages in editorial design.
The first year of classes introduces students to the basic issues of graphic design. The aim of the Basic Graphic Design course is to make students aware of the role of form in the process of transmitting a visual message, combining it with the communicated content and introduce them to different stages of the design process.
In subsequent years, within the framework of Editorial Graphics course, students, individually or in teams, design publishing forms and digital publications. The tasks are aimed at developing practical skills in the field of communicative organization of visual and typographic material, as well as the appropriate selection of technological procedures.
