Education in the Drawing Studio aims to stimulate the sensitivity, imagination and visual memory of the student, refining drawing skills to record impressions, ideas and design concepts. In the long run, it provides conditions for the development of individual creative attitudes and range of aesthetic values, as well as supporting intuitive drawing with conscious, rationally motivated decisions. It also raises the awareness of the origin of visual signs and the relations between the cognitive process and the formation of visual language.
The course covers issues related to the study of spatial arrangement:
– 3D objects and their arrangements in different positions relative to the viewer
– spatial arrangements of uniform objects
– spatial arrangements of diverse objects
– complex spatial arrangements (also involving the human figure).
